@BTCare is your company a complete joke? So not only did my activation date get changed without me knowing. When I spoke to you yesterday I was told everything would be changed to activate it. And SHOCK! Nothing has changed.

All I seem to do is complain about @NissanUK. I booked a service online then after sales manager asked me to rebook for this AM. I turn up. No booking. Then told to wait 3 1/2 hours. Then given a loan car with no fuel to get me home. Never ever again will I buy another Nissan.

@BTCare I have been through the fault finding online and it states it is a problem with the line. Only light I have is blinking orange.

@BTCare call centres haven't helped. It's completely unacceptable that no one talks to each other in a communications company.
