Organised a funeral for an aunt through FA Holland L’hampton Asked to pay half the money & chased at least twice for. We found this distasteful & distressing. Is this normal practice for @CoopFuneralcare ? Previous funerals arranged only asked for payment after the funeral

I dropped into @HelpwithHearing, Moulsham Street #Chelmsford on their Open Day. It was lovely to meet volunteers & hear about the work they do to help adults with #hearing aids, making home visits & demonstrating equip to help with #hearing the radio,tv & phones. All good stuff.
