@British_Airways my sister is trying to get to T5 but they've shut all public routes due to a security issue at Heathrow T3. She's unable to get out of Paddington. There's no Heathrow Express, Elizabeth Line, no taxi, and Pic line suspended. What should she do re: flight soon?

@RoyalMailHelp I paid extra for a medical delivery to come today. I have stayed home all day for this, and just got notification that you attempted delivery but nobody was home. I'm out tomorrow so how am I meant to get this? I was even sat by the window.
