Big news for the heat pump sector!
Last week, members of the Heat Pump Association, Ground Source Heat Pump Association, and Heat Pump Federation voted to merge into a single, unified Heat Pump Trade Body, which will truly represent the complete heat pump supply chain.
We are aligning to bring together decades of expertise, experience, advocacy, and sector leadership under one clear unified voice.
Further details on the ‘Merged Association’ will follow in the coming weeks, with the official Launch expected early next year.

Another side to the Smart Meter revolution is to ensure that all tenants can benefit from the massive benefits that flexible generation & use of electricity can deliver. Landlords should be encouraged to empower their tenants to engage with energy efficiency in every possible way

Accelerating investment in electricity infrastructure is a vital foundation of the drive for a successful energy transition away from fossil fuels over the coming twenty five years. Community buy-in is critical.
We need every household to feel part of a cleaner and healthier future, with highly visible community returns, whether this is in lower bills, better services or even improved NHS and schools provision.
@jessralston2 It's a problem that needs urgent and creative thinking! "We've always done it this way." is part of the problem with orthodox public sector funding. Time for a new plan
