and have begun to train their brain, nervous & immune system to respond to often normal stress / physiologic responses in ways that are cumulatively detrimental to their health
Please if you are using these tools, use them as tools, not gospel as a clear relationship as to what is going on.
The categorizations can take into account the data from your physiology but directly influence your perception through the "label" of strain, fatigue, etc

Who are the must follows for calisthenics training that is considerate of baseline testing, progressions / regressions, smart programming for each of the skills?
I'm looking for access to a solid library of progressions / regressions and understanding more about programming within calisthenitcs
5% of patients account for 50% of messages sent to patient portals.
Some doctors have lots of that 5%, others have none.
And, by the way, doctors don't get compensated for the time involved in responding to those messages.

Unfortunately, influencers can make exaggerated claims on social media with zero supporting evidence and still attract a substantial following. Even more unfortunately, it’s the general public that ultimately suffers from the spread of this misinformation...
The true scientist is always curious, always skeptical and always willing to change their beliefs when presented with compelling evidence.
We need more true scientists on social media...
Physical and electronic isolation from people we disagree with allows conformation bias, groupthink and tribalism to push us increasingly farther apart. Live within your values and strive to keep an open mind.
Many chronic issues can be better understood when we take a more holistic view on understanding the variables that lead to the chronicity.
This doesn't mean more physiologic tests / imaging that takes point in time assessment of your body.
But being able to consider what we've learned about the science pain, psychosocial factors that influence our symptoms on TOP of the
Physiology, Lifestyle and environmental variables
To accurately determine what is actually leading to the elevation of symptoms.
I'm convinced the ability to smile through chaos is a legitimate competitive advantage. It's a rare trait. When most people get tight, a few get loose. They thrive on it. They actually enjoy it. I'd never bet against the person smiling like a psycho as they enter the storm.
As you get older, you accumulate a lifetime of pains and a lifetime of joys. Your life is as good as whichever you choose to focus on.
