HPL #SWMS hosted our first #ThreeSisters potluck lunch yesterday after being inspired #BraidingSweetgrass by #RobinWallKimmerer, which we read as a group over the winter.

We learned about how the Three Sisters represent indigenous botany at its finest. Traditional farming methods include planting corn, beans, and squash, together so they are able to grow and support each other in their way to success, similar to sisters. https://t.co/w5QfBfhRl7.
