@rapidobikeapp There is a scam wherein i have been billed 545 for just 2 Kms and now in the ride history it shows ride cancelled. I am also unable to open support section in the app as it just shows a white blank screen. Please help. This is a really bad experience.

@rapidobikeapp @RapidoCares your support section when even contacts does not help with the issue but denies and just tells about the status. The app showed the amount and now shows a lesser one. I am a daily user but this experience you give impacts the trust on your intent.

I made a booking on @redBus_in but now the operator has cancelled my bus and is asking to take another bus which i didn't want. Now its not giving an option for refund. I also had insured for this. Please support.

My concern has still not been resolved. The operators fraudulently show photos of bus on redbus for a higher amount, then they call and cancel the bus and book us offline in a cheaper one earning on the difference or if we cancel then they deny refund. Please help @redBus_in
