Did you have a go at our touchscreen Displays at Stampex in London last October?
Thank you to everyone who voted for their fav display at the show. The winner was:
Bob Tebbit’s “How’s That, Prime Minister?” Display. Bob has been a cricket thematic collector since 1970 and was inspired by an article in the 2019 edition of Wisden Cricketer’s Almanac to produce these pages. An entire cricket team is selected with as many connected stamps as possible.
We had two Runners Up:
Thomas W. Broadhead’s “Tequila!” Display. A Tequila is a distilled spirit indigenous to Mexico, and this exhibit celebrates it and its history through postcards and stamps.
and
David Boyd’s “Stampex Souvenir Material Over the Years” which was described as: “ Perhaps a little out of the ordinary, but my interest in British philatelic exhibition souvenir material, developed over the past eight years or so, has been most rewarding. Given that time and space limitations would not permit the whole of the collection to be represented, it seemed most fitting that the exhibit should be devoted entirely to Stampex material. All items are from my own collection.”
Fantastic! Congratulations, Bob and to our Runners Up!
Display Your Way will be back at our in-person Stampex held in London in October so look out for news on how you can display soon.
In the meantime, you can submit your Display for Virtual Stampex today: https://t.co/scvJOk1jGF

Durant l’Occupation, La Poste a été soumise à une surveillance étroite de l’administration allemande et du régime de Vichy, ce qui n’a pas empêché des postiers de prendre le chemin périlleux de la résistance. Ceci est leur histoire.

On Wednesday, 21 February, at 4:00 pm, at the War Museum, a temporary post office will be installed for the sales of the miniature sheet and the usual cancellation of postal items.
The miniature sheet was designed by painter-engraver Dr Myrsini Vardopoulou. Depicted are Philotelia's cover of the first issue (1924), two Philotelia exhibition medals (1929 Le Havre and 1933 Vienna), and the Academy of Athens Commendation to both the HPS and Philotelia (1975).
The Hellenic Post honours Philotelia magazine for 100 years of uninterrupted publication, quality, independence, and commitment to its legacy and readership.
