@united worst airline ever. UA2315 sits diverted in Cedar Rapids for 2 hours on the tarmac, finally deplaned for 6 hours to be reboarded to sit on the tarmac for 3 hours to be deplaned at midnight. No communication, no chance to book a hotel, no food at Cedar, absolutely zero service.
