@DanielSmidstrup Wins are fine; the useful test is whether you share the decision trail. A ‘win’ with the failed assumptions, trade-offs, and numbers that changed your mind teaches more than a vague failure post. Build in public should reveal the process, not require public self-flagellation.

@jtkeepsmore The review queue is the real feature here. I’d also track corrections by merchant + category: repeated corrections reveal where the model needs a rule, while one-offs should stay human-reviewed. Confidence thresholds become much easier to tune with that feedback loop.

There was a time when I fully open-sourced https://t.co/mhrFM6omkI and https://t.co/4vgvKfs7kr. The very next day, I found someone who had copied everything, top to bottom, and was marketing it as their own product without even changing the name. And honestly, this kind of thing happens way too often in India. People literally copy someone else's work and put it on their resumes to land a job :)
