A5 i think to not be afraid to ask questions to our teacher colleagues about what works and what doesn’t work. Being there for one another as educators has really helped me. I have the best people at work and I don’t know what I would do without them #elemhybrid
A4: I still will have “circle discussions” with my students. Collaboration though will definitely take some time to figure out and be a trial and error basis. #elemhybrid
A3: I think trying to remember and let students have a voice is so important. I have to remind myself often that they are on “mute” a lot of times so give them times to talk with their peers in the virtual environment during academic time. #elemhybrid
A2 I sooooooooooo miss table group talks and having my small group kids with me at the reading table. Also I let my kids work where they want in the room within reason and to not let that happen will be hard! #elemhybrid
A1: we have not started hybrid learning yet only hearing about plans, plans, and more plans. Honestly all this time for planning and nothing good coming from the plans. I’m nervous for my students #elemhybrid
