@British_Airways Hello! I’ve been trying to get reimbursed for essentials I purchased when you lost my luggage for five days in May. My request has been sitting with no action for over three weeks. Can someone please provide some assistance?!
@British_Airways Well, well, well. The baggage has made it to yet another airport but my claim is now CLOSED. What can we do to resolve this? BA has not reached out via text or email to give an update.
@British_Airways checking in again. You confirmed my luggage was at the Venice Airport last night (24 hours after it was actually delivered). How can I get it assigned to a courier so it can get delivered to me?
@British_Airways PhilGW, that was a bit tongue in cheek, as my return flight is FIVE days away. But it shows how little faith I have in your company’s ability to coordinate any logistics related to challenges experienced by your customers.
@British_Airways good start - you finally got my bag to Venice last night, but you’re still not tracking that. Can you please get it to a courier and to my hotel? I’m going on three days without my things and only moving farther away!
@British_Airways Thank you, PhilGW. @British_Airways lack of any semblance of customer service during this entire ordeal is breathtaking. At this point, I’m wondering if I should just pick up my luggage when I check back in for my flight home.
@British_Airways Hi Kev. Thanks for the reply, but hope is not a course of action. Are you able to tell me when the luggage will be passed to a courier so I can determine if I need to take more time out of my vacation to go shopping for essentials?

@British_Airways hello again! While my luggage has enjoyed being moved around the Heathrow tarmac today, it is no closer to me. Any idea when it will leave the airport? I’ve heard nothing from you. I’m switching hotels tomorrow so I need to know where to direct it.
Thank you, Chels. We reported it last night before we left the airport. I’m concerned that we’ve heard nothing from your airline, and our luggage is sitting on the tarmac in the same spot for over 24 hours now. I hope you have a strong reimbursement policy.
@British_Airways Landed in Venice from Heathrow with no luggage last night. Filed a report online. Called as well. No one can tell us what flight our luggage will arrive on today. We depart again in the morning. Can we please get some assistance?
