Such a lousy bank. They call me a privilege customer but I have no clue who is my RM. Their branch(Thippasandra, Bengaluru) can't be reached on phone by their own Kotak CS rep himself!!! Need to renew my Life Ins. Trying to reach them for a week

@Kopipait__78 It's misleading. Some airlines permit haj and Umrah visa holders to carry one Zamzam bottle free in addition to the regular checked in baggage allowance of 30-40kgs. Only the sealed box approved by the GACA. Other airlines no free allowance so put inside checkin bag

NRE Customer for 3 decades. But saddest part is the crappiest online banking. My online banking stops working every few months for flimsy reasons and then takes 2-3 weeks to rectify. Down again since 10 days. Very frustrating @UnionBankTweets
