Supporting a cause isn't the same as endorsing CJP or any other group it is about calling out what's wrong, regardless of who happens to be at the center of it.

Operational efficiency shouldn't just apply to collections; it needs to apply to resolutions. Charging late fees on a non-functional service that has been reported for a month is a quick way to erode customer trust. Standardizing a "pause billing during outage" protocol should be fundamental.

How @reliancejio @JioCare treats loyal international customers: I have been using Jio while living abroad for more than 4 years. After my phone was damaged, I requested a routine eSIM replacement. What followed was over a month of systemic incompetence, unread emails, and automated loops. All while they continue to bill me for a service I cannot use.
They literally have time to generate my bills, but zero time to read my emails or fix my connection.

Is there anyone at @reliancejio who is actually a human being and can resolve this, or should I just permanently switch to a provider that understands international users?
