Game 3:
Howell used a 12-0 run to break away from a 16-all tie in the 2nd qtr. The margin stayed between 9 & 13 until a couple minutes into the 4th qtr when 6'1" fr Zariya McCrary converted an old-fashioned 3-pt play & then got a steal & layup on the next possession to cut it 49-43. Later, they cut it to 5 on a pair of drives by fr Josie Ode, but Howell broke the press for a layup & added a pair of FTs by Alison Farr for a 60-51 win.

Sr Alison Farr (pictured) led all scorers with 20, hitting a pair of 3s & scoring with some crafty finishes off the drive & cut. Jr Gabby Piepho hit a trio of deep 3s & added 15 for Howell. Fr Zariya McCrary led Heritage with 19.
