Oregon, we carefully ventured out onto the ice together, but it has begun to crack. COVID-19 is spreading too quickly, particularly in parts of rural Oregon. Before we fall through the ice, it’s time to take a step back with new rules to help slow the spread of this disease.
Keeping Oregonians safe is my top priority. Over the last month, COVID-19 spread at an alarming rate in both urban and rural counties. That's why I'm requiring face coverings in indoor public places in ALL counties, effective 7/1. We can & must reduce the spread of this disease.
ICYMI: Starting June 24 (today!) @OregonGovBrown says face coverings must be worn in indoor public spaces in Multnomah, Washington, Clackamas, Hood River, Marion, Polk & Lincoln counties. Consider wearing one whenever *and* wherever you’re around people outside your household.
Today and this weekend would be a great time to order takeout, delivery or pickup from local small businesses, particularly those owned by women & members of BIPOC communities. (2/3)
An #HR Recertification Audit?! What does that mean?! Both #SHRM & #HRCI "audit" a percentage of HR Recert records or applications. If you are selected for an audit, you will need to provide proof that you actually completed the recert activities in your recert submission.
