@bt_uk previously took over 3 years of payment for this Entertainment plan, which I have never used - at a cost of over £1000. They have said no refund is possible, even though there is clever evidence I have never used this account.

I cancelled this @bt_uk Entertainment plan in November, only to discover today, they have taken two more months payment from my bank account for this Entertainment plan. Now I have to call up wasting precious time to insist on a refund. I am so disappointed in the BT service.

@bt_uk have been terrible to deal with. They took 3 years payment for an Entertainment plan, I wasn't logged in on their plan. I don't even watch television. Over £1000 taken from my account, I didn't realise, and they say no refund is possible.
