Yesterday we introduced the attachment theory & how we connect with people in our lives through attachment styles.
Today, we'll start describing the different attachment styles by starting with the anxious-preoccupied attachment style.

The central idea of attachment theory is that humans are born with a biological drive to develop a deep emotional bond with their caregiver β a bond that extends beyond having basic physical needs met.

Remember that self-criticism is a universal experience. We all have it to varying degrees. And thatβs a good thing.
Today, we are going to talk about how you can tackle your inner critic especially when it starts to go left!

Replace it with something better. Take a negative thought and change it to something encouraging that's also accurate.
Repeat until you find yourself needing to do it less and less often.
