1) Mail subject typically the role you applied for followed by salutation

2) Reason you are writing

3)Your qualifications/skills that make you a good fit for the role

4) Resume

5) Cover letter

6) Name/contact info

Dear Job Applicant,

It is very wrong to send a job application email with only your resume attached within the mail. No salutation, no subject, no introduction, no closing remark.

It is also very wrong to apply for a job via same mail you used to apply for another job.
