When coaches don’t hold ALL players to the same standard, it is very much noticed by ALL members of the team (except for those being allowed to continually break team rules) and it creates an environment of distrust and devaluation of players doing it the right way.
"In the long run, if you confront people & you demand that they do it the right way. It creates value for them, because they are learning accountability. It also helps you have a better team, because everybody on the teams see that everybody is held to the same standard."-Saban
@SKOBUFFS22 He backs up his word with consistent action. He doesn’t just say things to sound good. He walks his talk. A lot of coaches that talk a good game, but end up playing a different game with kids’ lives should take notice.
@CoachRoberts_1 The problem for a lot of kids when it comes to DIII schools is that they are usually pretty expensive. A lot of DIII schools have great programs, but even with financial aid there is still a lot of out of pocket $$$.
We all say we want Change until Change makes us uncomfortable. When Change challenges us to do more, be more accountable & speaks a totally different language than we speak or comprehend it's unacceptable. God is calling Change agents in every arena so get ready. #CoachPrime
The greatest MAN and COACH I have ever known taking a pic with my son… Coach Morris (Dad). You are what all coaches should aspire to be. A lifelong mentor to me and many others…
