@LivpureSmart utterly useless service, after long delay today technician came empty handed with no parts for replacement. Very unprofessional attitude shown by the technician.
@LivpureSmart again same story from you and your team. Pathetic service as always expected. There is something called TAT. For three consecutive times you maintained pathetic service.
Complaint registered on 15 April 2025. Resolved on 19 April 2025. And your @LivpureSmart customer care team kept telling that our TAT is 24 to 48 hrs. Now explain this.
