You take money on the spot then your AirFibre installation team is so slow and inefficient. The customer has to chase your team back and forth.
Then they give fake schedules, never show up. Been 5 days and no one cares to show up. Is there anyone accountable?
@JioCare Your team first cancels the order then you guys are taking an eternity to refund the amount. Immaking it clear that i need the amount refunded now.
@JioCare Now that you have cancelled the connection request its basic to communicate in how much time you will process the refund?
This should also be communicated.
