Under the ACCEL Africa project, the Federation of Kenya Employers @FKEKenya organized training sessions on Responsible Business Conduct (RBC) in Kisii and Kericho counties.

89 participants from coffee cooperatives, government institutions, and workers’ organizations strengthened their knowledge on:

-Compliance with Kenyan labour laws
-Prevention and identification of child labour risks
-Human rights due diligence
-Social protection and gender equality

Following the training, each participant developed a concrete action plan to integrate responsible business practices within their institutions.

A significant step towards more ethical, sustainable, and child-labour-free coffee supply chains.
