The thing about @mayankw14 s writing through the years and then his podcasts / interviews more recently is that unlike a lot of film journalists who have fallen into the trap of skepticism he has remained a fan of the movies! 🎬📽️His heart is a film lovers heart and everything he puts out reminds us of that. ❤️Helps that he has a terrific way with words. I’ve mentioned this years ago but needs another mention given circumstances - I remember calling and getting to speak to @HrishiKay on 107.1 FM in the 90s. I was 14 or 15 I think and had SUCH a crush on him. Sigh. You’ll be missed on air.
