Want to start this year with the quote from Seneca - "True happiness is to enjoy the present, without anxious dependence upon the future."

Enjoying the present is just another way to say to love the process. Enthusiasm for the future should also be with the understanding we can't control everything. This doesn't mean abandoning hope, but rather facing the future with a grounded and realistic approach, embracing opportunities and preparing for challenges with equal resolve.
