Stay away from @priceline!! Booked a couple fully refundable hotels on call with them tonight. 1st they messed up email address and i never got any confirmation and money was already gone. After hours of being on call with them

They realized that they messed up my email. And now since i can’t use that booking for visa purposes dues to a wrong email address, I decided to refund it, just to find out the agent booked a non refundable hotel for me!!

@Luman1000 @GeefBird @priceline Wish i had seen this tweet earlier, booked 2 hotels on phone for 3 days each and got charged for it and the itinerary i got was for 1 day at each hotel. Now they refuse to give my money back even though i paid for 6 days. They only want to refund for 2 days.
