AIの台頭によって知的労働者の先行きが議論されていますが、「結局、弁護士や会計士は強い」という構造が見えてきます。👇

弁護士は、優秀な方ほどコミュニケーション能力も抜群に高い先生が多く、「感情労働」の側面も強い領域だからこそ、AIには置き換えにくいのだと思います。

会計士（監査法人）は中立的第三者としてこれまで積み上げてきた実績や信頼が強く、後発のAIツールや新しい競合がすぐにひっくり返すのは、やはり難しいのかなと納得しました。

両者とも、「構造的に必要な介在」としてあり続けながらより低コストで効率的に業務を実行できる、AI時代の恩恵を最も受ける領域の一つなのかもしれません。

BDDのニーズは増加しており専業ファームも出てきている中、×AIでエゲツなく効率化されたファームも出てくると考えています

もちろんバイヤー自身がAIフル活用でDDを完結するケースもあると思いますが、DDは第三者が行うこと自体に意味のある領域のため、専業ベンダーも立ち上がってくると見ています
