We are waiting for an announcement today at 10:30 concerning the future of arena football in Albany. It comes two days and a year after the Empire clinched their championship. Today’s announcement is with @NALFootball. The Empire played in the AFL which ceased operations.

I spoke with Ted Backus, Chief of Luzerne/ Hadley Fire Dept. He says the biggest challenge was flames were already through the roof when they arrived. There are no hydrants, so they had to call for tankers. He says About 14 companies assisted.

Officials say @rachaelray’s kitchen was not touched by fire. Chief of Luzerne/ Hadley Fire Dept says there are no hydrants in the area so they had to call for tankers. He says about 14 companies assisted. State is investigating cause. It does not appear suspicious now.
