@lapizzolato Stop making qualified teachers jump through hoops to work! It makes NO sense. I was ready and willing to 'help' despite having a full time business and my own kids, but not sitting through another day long interview just 2 years later because I didn't 'teach' for a year!

@lapizzolato impossible for supply teachers.... I have a BEd and on supply list 2018 after a ridiculous process. Didn't teach that year for the board as I was teaching at Lambton. In 2020 letter goes out 'we need teachers', wanted to but have to go through interview process again. No thanks.
