It's okay to prioritize your mental health by setting boundaries this holiday season.
Many find this time of year stressful, but here are some tips to make it a bit easier for yourself! Come January, you will be glad you made your mental health a priority this season.
Here are some important reminders to get you through the weekend:
• You are needed
• You deserve love
• You have purpose
• Your problems matter
• You can get through this

While suicide is still the 10th leading cause of death, according to these data, the suicide rate went down for the first time in two decades. The rate of suicide in 2019 decreased by 2.1 percent from the previous year.
