I got the idea that when the dollar falls, it will fall sharply (to 90-) and quickly in 2/3 weeks.And that, 10Y will fall more slowly, not as fast and as strong

What will the downward movements of the dollar and TLT be like?
Will there be "parallel" movements? With the same (or similar) descent rate?
Or will the dollar's downward movement be steeper and faster, while the TLT's movement will be slower and more constant?
