@FirstNorwich 16:09 11 to Hethersett from the hospital drove past the stop. There were at least 4 passengers including myself waiting in plain sight. The heavens opened as they drove by, with a regular passenger looking at us out of the window in disbelief. Thanks 👍🏻

@FirstNorwich 16:37 11 bus to Hethersett did not stop at Colney Lane NW bus stop - driver pulled up other side of some impassable bushes, dropped off passengers and drove straight past 3 waiting people with their arms out. Next bus isn't for 40 minutes. This isn't acceptable.

@FirstNorwich The bus stop by Co-Op in Hethersett isn't showing on the app map - but this will now be one of my nearest stops. When will this be updated? We need to know for getting to work as our old stop is no longer served by the 11.

@FirstNorwich Lynch Green Northbound. Iwas since advised by another person Hethersett is not being served - he was dropped off on the main road and walked through village. I went down to main road for the 16 but it disappeared off the app. I ended up getting a lift from a friend

@FirstNorwich the number 11 is on a diversion through Hethersett but just went off course down Queens Road, leaving me at a bus stop on Henstead Road. Please can you ensure your drivers know the route?
