Nothing fancy this month, just some dudes being dudes. Sleeved up the list @Magesa_8 took to legend and went 15-5 to get there. Cool to see only a three digit entry rank for the first time in a long while!
May Legend! Nothing fancy this month, crafted Wickerfang to try token Druid and started 2-3 before going 18-3 down the stretch (including 7-0 to finish). Shocking no one, I ended up settling on the @ViciousHS list.
In April, I learned spell DH isn’t for me. EOTadin is, however. Lost 3, won 11, lost 3, won 7 to hit legend (18-6 overall). Deck does some absurdly powerful things. Used the stock @ViciousHS list, nothing fancy.
March legend. Managed to finagle 11x with a top 1k finish in February, but the climb was a slog until rotation (win rate was awful too). Was traveling when the new set dropped, so was just barely managing my quest log. Finally sat down and got legend today, hence the bad rank.
February legend! Started with few different things on the climb, but found that dragon warrior still felt solid. Tried librarian/weaponsmith, both felt mid, so I flexed in an eternal toil instead (which also didn’t matter). If Arkwings become popular, this is a good counter!
Actual late legend this month. Air travel during a wild winter storm led to an extended vacation. Thankful that aura paladin is a simple enough deck to pilot without a deck tracker while on mobile. No stats other than I went 6-1 to legend since yesterday on PC.
Nothing fancy this month as I used @ViciousHS dragon warrior from D5 to L. 28-14 including something like a 9-1 finish (only loss was first final boss hag shaman where I misplayed). The legend streak lives on!
November legend! I struggled mightily since Timeways released, but the patch yesterday was clutch. Sleeved up the hagatha shaman cook by sunq and took it 23-8 to legend. Very fun and feels quite powerful. Deck code in the reply
Mercifully done with the climb. This meta may be “balanced,” but it’s slow, boring, and unimaginative. Hopefully the new set brings new strategies because the game will be in a real bad spot if this meta persists.
quest warlock again. Same list as last month: 17-3 to get there
Nothing fancy about this month’s climb. Took quest warlock the whole way from D-L. Settled on the list that tops out at 4 mana.
19 DK, 12 mage, 12 priest, 11 warrior, 11 warlock were my most common opponents. Beat 2 BBU DKs and a control warrior in D1 to finish the climb today.
