@FaveAuntieT I just gave up 3.5+ hours in because I need to step out to lunch. They just added a "save your place in line" option so hopefully it's not a scam and someone calls me back. Really really disappointing. 3.5+ hours is unacceptable.

@aathomp12 @Insperity They just updated the hold message with the option to "save your place on line" 3.5+ hours later my hands were tied, I already had the hold music on through meetings and I gave up and put my number to save my "place in line". I hope it's true.
