Unable to make VoLTE Calls to other network like jio and airtel .. but BSNL to BSNL calls shows HD calls and VoLTE works on them .. Please fix this for my number

@bigbasket_com My order on app shows delivered haven't got the items though contacted support they say we will call you in 30 mins but no response what so ever , What am i supposed to do the order was prepaid what kind of bad support and service is this EXN-1840268508-20251129

@bigbasket_com The order is still not delivered it was again supposed to be delivered by 10:30 AM which was told on call by the delivery person in presence of support person
