Under the directives of Mohammed bin Rashid, Dubai Humanitarian facilitates the airlift of critical medical supplies from WHO, MSF, and UNICEF to Afghanistan. A total of 96 metric tonnes of life-saving medical supplies arrive in Kabul, with the shipment expected to support more than 250,000 people over the next three months.

As a member of the Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB), I had the honor of presenting the trophy to Mr. Darwish Rasooli, the Player of the Etisalat Cup T20I Series.

Congratulations to the Afghanistan Cricket Team on winning the series 2-1, and special appreciation to Mr. Darwish Rasooli for his outstanding performance. Today, I had a productive meeting with Mr. Naseeb Khan, CEO of the Afghanistan Cricket Board, at my office. At the meeting, we discussed the Afghanistan Premier League (APL), sponsorship opportunities, and various ways to further improve cricket in Afghanistan.

DP World operates an extensive network of ports, terminals, logistics hubs, and economic zones in over 80 countries across six continents. DP World has signed an agreement with the new Government of Afghanistan to manage and operate all of the country’s dry ports. DP World will invest approximately USD 500 million to initiate and expand operations, supporting job creation and enhancing Afghanistan’s trade capacity within the global supply chain.

Today, I had the privilege of attending the First Annual General Meeting of the Cyprus Business Councilin Dubai, UAE, held under the auspices of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
This landmark event brought together high-level representatives from various esteemed organizations, including:

Members of the Afghan Business Council in the United Arab Emirates met with Germany’s Chargé d’Affaires, Rolf Dieter Reinhard.

During the meeting, both sides discussed ways to promote Afghan products, strengthen Afghanistan’s private sector, and provide continued support to Afghans.

Yesterday, I had the honor of attending the reception marking the 65th Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Cyprus, held at the Presidential Palace in Nicosia.
On this special occasion, members of the diplomatic community extended their heartfelt congratulations to H.E. Mr. Nikos Christodoulides, President of the Republic of Cyprus.
The event was graced by the presence of diplomats representing various countries.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Cyprus for the kind invitation to this distinguished reception.
