@Wise It's hard to agree when the logic and reasoning I get seem nothing but automated. Regret the decision to ever choose Wise as a service provider.

On 22nd June'23, @Wise closed my account without a warning. Refused my appeal on 26th June, and refunded the money. On lodging a complaint against them, I received a response on 25th July where they confirm that it was a mistake.

@Wise I got the response today saying that my account will remain closed and "The reason behind our decision is that the nature of your business activities goes against our Acceptable Use Policy section XXX, which says that we don’t support REASON." Highly disappointing!

@Wise Awaiting further response although I really do not have any hopes based on our last correspondence.

@Wise This whole process had been extremely disappointing with zero transparency. This has caused me so much stress that I am still doing account/address verifications for them to only reject everything at the end. That too without any reasoning or explanation.@Wise

After two days of waiting, now I receive another email(attached)
At this point, none of @Wise actions/emails are making any sense to me. They themselves don't know what they are doing. Two days ago they had something different to say after a month-long investigation.
