@Ryanair why oh why when trying to change the date of a booked flight from June to July 2025 does the return flight keep coming up as an error when selecting?
How can we possibly change the flights to a date we can travel??? This is as time consuming as frustrating
Dear new Doctors rotating to maternity hospitals this month - please visually inspect the infant palate as part of the newborn examination & refer promptly to the local cleft team👍 Thank you for your attention 😁

@Katewales20 Interesting question, I’ve often wondered about how interesting it would be to be a fly on the wall to see how others frame their sessions. Just the ethics and confidentiality to overcome 🤔
Dear All Nurses, you are never a just’ and you are not ‘the’ pay grade. We are strong, safety critical advocates for our patients, keep doing what you’re doing. #InternationalNursesDay

I have generated a word cloud of menopause symptoms based on a large survey of nearly 6,000 women we did recently - the larger words are the more common symptoms.
Notice how many of the most common symptoms are related to the brain!
What a delightful morning, speaking with primary school children in assembly about my job as a cleft nurse. The school were engaged, asked brilliant questions about clefts, and to top it off they were having a non-uniform day to raise money for @CLAPACOMMUNITY 👏🏻 @nottmchildrens
