THE TRUTH MODI’S INDIA HAS BURIED FOR FOUR DECADES:

Mr. Pannun, a close associate of Mr. Nijjar’s in the campaign for an independent Khalistan, said last week’s indictments of Indian gang members don’t absolve India of involvement in the murder-for-hire plots, even though they were silent on any government involvement. He called for international sanctions against the Indian state.
“The Bishnoi indictment cannot be viewed in isolation. It must be read together with the U.S. murder-for-hire prosecution targeting me. Together, these two cases strip away all plausible deniability, exposing the lethal, dual-track transnational assassination apparatus operated by the Indian government,” he said in a statement.
“Justice cannot stop with the jailed gangsters, the triggermen, or the intermediaries. The trail of evidence leads directly to the highest echelons of the Indian government.”

Satluj - Illegal Cremation of 25000 Pro Khalistan Sikhs Controversy
CHALLENGE TO MODI FOR OPEN DEBATE AT NATIONAL PRESS CLUB DC:
SFJ General Counsel Pannun Challenges Prime Minister Modi and Home Minister Shah, Through Ravneet Bittu, to an Open Debate at the National Press Club, Washington, D.C.
“Who Is the Terrorist: Sikhs or India?”
SFJ Declares Gen Z’s Role Models:
Shaheed Dilawar Singh • Shaheed Parminder Singh Raja • Bhai Balwant Singh Rajoana • Bhai Jagtar Singh Tara • Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara • Bhai Paramjeet Singh Pamma
SFJ General Counsel, Gurpatwant Singh Pannun:
“I challenge Modi, Shah, and their puppet Bittu—step out of New Delhi and face SFJ at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. Let the world judge who the real terrorist is: the Sikhs demanding their right to self-determination, or an Indian state that committed the 1984 Genocide, engineered the econocide of Punjab’s farmers, and now runs transnational assassination squads to silence the Khalistan Referendum."
India cannot erase genocidal crimes against pro-Khalistan Sikhs through a disinformation campaign. The data uncovered by Shaheed Jaswant Singh Khalra—the 25,000 unidentified, extrajudicially abducted, and illegally cremated pro-Khalistan Sikhs—is written in blood. Successive Indian regimes turned Punjab into a killing field for pro-Khalistan Sikhs and their families, but they could not kill our spirit.
“India’s bullets will never stop our ballots, and the liberation of Khalistan is inevitable.”

Sad state of affairs in Surrey.

The homeowner living near 193 street and 70 Ave in Surrey installed a solid fence along the boundary of their property adjoining City-owned land. However, the City ordered the fence removed, stating that solid fencing is not permitted next to City property.
Now, look at the condition of the City’s own property. The city has failed to maintain it, despite repeated complaints from the homeowner. The owner has made numerous phone calls and even visited City Hall in person, yet no action has been taken. It’s fire hazard as well, but who cares!
If an ordinary resident allowed their property to become overgrown like this, the City would quickly issue bylaw tickets and enforcement notices. Yet when it comes to maintaining its own property, the City has failed to meet the same standards, even after being notified multiple times.

INDIAN DIPLOMAT IN OTTAWA OFFERED $50,000 TO A HITMAN TO KILL KHALISTAN REFERENDUM ORGANIZER GOSAL
Sikhs For Justice (SFJ) has revealed that Canadian security and intelligence agencies are aware of Contract-To-Kill plot by diplomats of the Indian High Commission in Ottawa targeting Referendum organizer Inderjeet Singh Gosal — a pattern identical to the warnings issued before the assassination of Shaheed Hardeep Singh Nijjar in June 2023.
SFJ states that a serving Indian diplomat in Ottawa attempted to hire a hitman for $50,000 cash to kill Gosal, a key organizer of the Khalistan Referendum.
Recently Gosal has been offered “Witness Protection” by the RCMP owing to imminent threat to his life.
SFJ General Counsel Gurpatwant Singh Pannun stated, “SFJ is forced to go public to preempt and prevent another assassination of a pro-Khalistan Sikh on Canadian soil.”
PM CARNEY’S OFFICE ALREADY HAD THIS INTELLIGENCE ABOUT THE GOSAL CONTRACT-TO-KILL PLOT
According to Pannun, multiple Canadian security channels — including the RCMP, which has recently offered witness protection to Gosal — has already received and assessed intelligence regarding the Contract-To-Kill plot against Gosal.
This information was communicated to the highest levels of the Canadian government, including: Prime Minister Mark Carney’s Office; Foreign Minister Anita Anand’s Office; and Minister of Public Safety’s Office
Pannun stated, “Gosal’s Contract-To-Kill plot is the direct outcome of Prime Minister Carney opening trade talks with Modi without demanding accountability”.
“Canadian sovereignty has collapsed to the point where Indian diplomats feel free to orchestrate killings.”
SFJ CALLS FOR PUBLIC SURVEILLANCE OF THE INDIAN HIGH COMMISSIONERSFJ has called upon pro-Khalistan Sikhs to TAIL – SHADOW – FOLLOW Indian High Commissioner Dinesh Patnaik wherever he appears in Canada.
“Patnaik should not be allowed to place kill contracts on Canadian soil.”
EFFIGY OF PATNAIK BURNT TO EXPOSE MODI’S STATE TERROR NETWORK
Pro-Khalistan Sikhs burned an effigy of Patnaik, declaring him the face of Modi’s state-directed Hindutva terrorism in Canada.
“The effigy represents a fact Canada can no longer ignore: RCMP has confirmed Modi’s transnational repression, and still India’s kill machinery continues to operate inside Canada under diplomatic cover.”
A PATTERN OF INDIAN STATE TERROR ON CANADIAN SOIL
SFJ says the Gosal Contract-To-Kill plot confirms a continuing pattern of Modi regime–directed violence carried out through Indian consulates and diplomats operating inside Canada.SFJ says the Gosal Contract-To-Kill plot confirms a continuing pattern of Modi regime–directed violence carried out through Indian consulates and diplomats operating inside Canada.
🗳️ 23 November – Ottawa Referendum for Khalistan Republic
#ExIndia
A Democratic Call for Participation by the Sikh Community
I strongly encourage full, peaceful participation in the 23.11 Ottawa Referendum on the future of Khalistan and a democratic ExIndia.
This is not violence.
This is not extremism.
This is democracy — the right of every community to express its will through peaceful, civic, non-violent voting.
Like Montenegro, Kosovo or South Sudan — diaspora referendums are a legitimate way to show:
✔ democratic aspirations
✔ identity and rights
✔ desire for constitutional reform
✔ peaceful self-determination
✔ international visibility
The Sikh community has the right to vote without fear or intimidation.
Democracy is not a crime.
Dialogue is not a threat.
Voting is not violence.
I fully support the Sikh diaspora exercising its democratic rights on 23 November in Ottawa — peacefully, proudly, openly.
The Free World must always defend:
🗳️ civic rights
🗳️ peaceful participation
🗳️ human dignity
🗳️ democratic expression
Let Ottawa speak on 23 November — through ballots, not bullets.
