Last time ever I book flights with @lastminute_com. I’ve paid for flexible tickets and premium service package. Now being told they can only change the return flight and will charge me a staggering 240 euros! This is a penalty fee not a difference in airfare.

@247homerescue absolutely appaulling service. Reported my boiler broken today. I have no hot water and no heating and a sick child yet I’m told that the engineer will not come out until Monday!! Clearly you dont consider this an emergency. This is not what I paid for. Disgusting!
