Today, I either connect via Composio MCP or simply download the Google Ads report, feed it to my code, and let Claude Code do the heavy lifting.

Within 15 minutes, I get:

✅ New keyword opportunities
✅ Actionable optimization recommendations

What used to take 2 days every week now takes 15 minutes.

This is why I'm so excited about AI-assisted workflows—not because AI replaces people, but because it eliminates repetitive analysis and lets us focus on better decisions.

Access is the real challenge.

Most people don't struggle because they lack awareness they struggle because continuous monitoring is too expensive to sustain. Affordable CGMs can help patients detect patterns early, make better lifestyle decisions, and potentially prevent costly complications.

Making CGMs affordable could have a far greater public health impact than many of the treatments we focus on later.

A public threat like "I'll break your legs" is not protected speech under Indian law.

If made with the intent to cause fear or alarm, it may amount to Criminal Intimidation under Section 351, Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023.

Punishment:
• Up to 2 years imprisonment (general criminal intimidation)
• Up to 7 years if the threat involves death or grievous hurt, depending on the facts and evidence.

Being an MLA, Minister, or any public office holder does not grant immunity from criminal law. The law applies equally to everyone.

Remote monitoring devices like BP monitors and pulse oximeters work best when readings are logged consistently, not just checked when symptoms appear.

Most families buy the device, use it twice, then forget it exists. The real benefit shows up three months later. A pattern emerges. Blood pressure dips every Tuesday morning. Sugar spikes after afternoon tea. Doctor sees the data and adjusts medication before a crisis happens.

But this only works if someone in the family commits to checking readings at the same time every day. Without that discipline, the device becomes another item gathering dust on the bedside table.
