@tfwrail I have a ticket for the 6.30pm train from Manchester Piccadilly to Cardiff which I believe terminates at Hereford. Can I use the same ticket to travel at 4.30pm instead?

It would be useful if I could call someone as I would have to travel 20minutes to the station to discuss in person with luggage, with a potential of being turned away.
