@virginmedia I’m waiting on a hub to be delivered and I’ve been told the order was cancelled (by Virgin?!?!) and there’s no idea when another can be delivered.
@virginmedia I am being told there is nobody I can talk to on the phone, nobody can help me. At this rate I will be cancelling my contract before it’s even started as this is appalling customer service.
@virginmedia This is what I can see, nobody on the phone can help me and I’m about to pay £88 for something I haven’t even received. Not impressed and tempted to cancel.
