Completely the wrong advice from @TUIUK sent in a DM to me. Totally contradicting what your website says. Nonsense customer service. I’m getting nowhere! Has anyone actually managed to ever book a flight on behalf of a 17 year old??!! Ridiculous.

@TUIUK help!!!! I’ve spent all day trying to book flights only for under 18s. I’ve been bounced back and forth, told it can’t be done when your website says it can. I’ve wasted an hour tonight and then been called by a spam TUi account pretending to help. What an experience.

@TUIUK absolutely ridiculous that someone aged 17 can’t book a flight only online when you can with every other online airline. If you offer the ability to do this by calling a phone number then at least train the staff on the end of the phone to give the correct info. Fuming.

@TUIUK So not only have I wasted all day trying to book flights but you I was contacted by this scam. @TUIUK what an awful experience from beginning to end.

@TUIUK 1 hour on the phone to be told again by another TUI store that flights for under 18s can’t be booked. Your staff definitely need training and your phone line for the web team needs sorting out as I haven’t got through to them once on 4 calls today. Do they even exist??

@TUIUK you are a ridiculous company. 4th call of the day to try to book a flight only for my 17 year old son flying alone as you won’t allow this to be booked online. Keep getting through to a store who tell me it can’t be done at all. Maybe your staff need to read the website.
