What a joke is @taylorswift13 You buy her album ahead of time and it grantees delivery and they ship it from Memphis to Indiana when it is coming to Atlanta and guarantee it for delivery today. Never again. I'm thinking about suing. This is ridiculous. It's lost and I'm disappointed. Don't buy any of her albums ahead of time ever again.

@ATT is literally the worst. You go on their app and click live chat and it does nothing. My internet has been down for hours. They have zero customer service on the weekends. I need it to do my job and it's supposed to be fiber that I am paying 110 bucks a month for. I am cancelling and going with another vendor. Absurd that I can't get someone out here before Sunday. I call. No one working. I type and chat. No one working. I get it. First world problem but I've been with you for years. Sorry. I'm cancelling immediately when a rep is in office and I can. If I can't reach you I will cancel the card assigned to the account. Good riddens.
