@AirIndiaX disappointed with the experience so far. My upcoming flight was cancelled and automatically rescheduled to dates that do not work for my family’s travel plans. There’s no proper option to cancel or get this resolved. Your support agents have been completely unhelpful.

@CRED_club your support bot is pathetic & there is no easy way to navigate to chat with human assistant. I have consistent failure with UPI and it’s not even shown up in transaction history. Kindly help
