Hi @NealManowitz I ordered a Sony XR65A95L & received the 100” by mistake (Case #23083115). Support’s been unhelpful, & waiting 6 weeks is unacceptable. I just want the 65” I paid for, the 100” doesn’t even fit in my tiny apartment. Hate 2 reach out, but I have no other option.
