To change that, you need to obtain consent of seven provinces containing at least 50% of the population, the federal cabinet, and the senate. Go John go.

@PfParks Sherwood park and the surrounding county doesn’t have a court house either. We have been using space in a strip mall for more than 4 decades. Crazy.

@PfParks Same thing could be said for Strathcona County, a specialized municipality of over 100,000 people. We have an emergency unit that can stabilize but then must transfer patients requiring in patient care. No maternity care or labour and delivery, no inpatient beds, no surgical room
