တရုတ်ဖိအားကြောင့် ၂၀၂၅ ဇန်နဝါရီလတွင် စစ်ကောင်စီနှင့် ကိုးကန့်တပ်တို့ တရုတ်နိုင်ငံတွင် ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြရာ ဇွန်လနောက်ဆုံးထားပြီး ကိုးကန့်တပ် လားရှိုးမှ ဆုတ်ခွာပေးရမည်ဟု သတင်းထွက်ခဲ့သည်၊ မတ် ၂၂ ရက်တွင် ထပ်မံ ဆွေးနွေးစဉ် ဧပြီလ ၂၁ ရက်နေ့တွင် အပြီးသတ် ဆုတ်ခွာရန် သဘောတူခဲ့ကြသည်ဟု သတင်းထွက်လာပြီးနောက် တဖြည်းဖြည်း ဆုတ်ခွာနေခြင်း ဖြစ်သည်။

ကိုးကန့်တပ်အချို့ မြို့ပေါ်၌ ဆက်ရှိနေသည်၊ ဌာနဆိုင်ရာ ဝန်ထမ်းများနှင့် ပစ္စည်းများ၊ စာရွက်စာတမ်းများကို ယခု လဆန်းမှ စတင်ပြောင်းရွှေ့နေသည်ဟု အသက်(၄၀)ကျော်အရွယ် ဒေသခံအမျိုးသားတစ်ဦးက ပြောသည်။

“အခုလောလောဆယ်တော့ သူတို့အခု ဆေးရုံက ပစ္စည်းတွေ၊ လျှပ်စစ်နဲ့ ပတ်သက်တာတွေ အကုန်လုံးကို ကိုးကန့်တပ်က သယ်သွားတယ်။ ဆေးရုံထဲက ပစ္စည်းတွေပါသွားတယ်။ ပြီး��ော့ လျှပ်စစ်နဲ့ ပတ်သက်တာတွေ ထရန်စဖော်မာတို့ ပါသွားတယ်၊ မီးကြိုးတွေဘာတွေကအစ ယူသွားတာပေါ့နော်” ဟု လုံခြုံရေးအရ အမည်မဖော်လိုသော အဆိုပါ အမျိုးသားက ပြောသည်။

ဆေးရုံမှ CDM ဝန်ထမ်းများ အပါအဝင် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ဆဲ ဝန်ထမ်းများ သိန္နီ၊ လောက်ကိုင် အစရှိသည့် ကိုးကန့်တပ်ထိန်းချုပ်သည့် မြို့များသို့ ပြောင်းရွှေ့လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သည်၊ မိမိနှစ်သက်ရာ မြို့များသို့လည်း သွားခွင့်ပေးထ���းသည်ဟု အဆိုပါ ဒေသခံ အမျိုးသားက ပြောသည်။

လားရှိုးမြို့ခံ အသက်(၆၀)ကျော်အရွယ် အမျိုးသားတစ်ဦးကလည်း ကိုးကန့်တပ်က လူနာများကို ဧပြီ ၃ ရက်နေ့မှစတင်ကာ လားရှိုးဆေးရုံမှ ဆင်းခိုင်းလိုက်ကြောင်း၊ လူနာထပ်မံလက်ခံခြင်းလည်း မရှိတော့ကြောင်း ပြောသည်။

“အခုကတော့ ကိုးကန့်တပ်က သိမ်းစရာရှိတာ သိမ်းပြီ၊ အခု ဆေးကုမယ်ဆိုရင်တောင်မှ သိန္နီဘက်ကို ပို့ရမှာ၊ သိန္နီကို သယ်သွားကြပြီ။ ဆေးရုံ�� ဖွင့်ထားတယ်၊ ဒါပေမယ့် လူနာတွေ လက်မခံတော့ဘူးလေ၊ လူနာတွေကိုလည်း ၃ ရက်နေ့ကတည်းက ဆင်းခိုင်းလိုက်ပြီ” ဟု အသက်(၆၀)ကျော်အရွယ် အဆိုပါ အမျိုးသားက ပြောသည်။

သိမ်းထားသည့် လားရှိုးမြို့ အပြောင်းအလဲနှင့် ပတ်သက်ပြီး တရုတ်ဖိအားဒဏ် ခံ��ေရသည့် ကိုးကန့်တပ်က သတင်းထုတ်ပြန်ခြင်း မရှိသေးပေ။

၁၀၂၇ စစ်ဆင်ရေး ဒုတိယပိုင်းအဖြစ် ၂၀၂၄ ဩဂုတ်လတွင် လားရှိုးမြို့နှင့် အရှေ့မြောက်တိုင်း စစ်ဌာနချုပ်ကို ကိုးကန့်တပ်နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းတပ်များက စစ်ကောင်စီထံမှ သိမ်းပိုက်နိုင်ခဲ့သည်။

စစ်ကောင်စီကင်းစင်သွားသည့် လားရှိုးမြို့ကို ကိုးကန့်တပ်က ပြန်လည်ထူထောင်ရေးလုပ်ရာတွင် CDM ဆရာဝန်များနှင့် ဆေးရုံဝန်ထမ်းများပါသည့် ကျန်း���ာရေးဌာနကို အလျှင်အမြန်အကောင်အထည် ဖော်နိုင်ခဲ့ပြီး လားရှိုးမြို့ဆေးရုံမှာ ဒေသတွင်း လူနာများ အားထားရသည့် ဆေးရုံဖြစ်ခဲ့သည်။

မြို့ပေါ် ရပ်ကွက် ၁၂ ခုမှ ကိုးကန့်တပ်များ ဆုတ်ခွာရမည်ဖြစ်သော်လည်း မြို့ပတ်လည်ရှိ ကျေးရွာများနှင့် အဓိက လမ်းမကြီးအချို့ကို ဆက်လက်ထိန်းချုပ်မည်၊ ကိုးကန့် ရဲတပ်ဖွဲ့ကမူ မြို့ပေါ်တွင် ဆက်လက်တာဝန်ယူမည်၊ စစ်ကောင်စီ၏ ဌာနဆိုင်ရာ ဝန်ထမ်းများ လားရှိုးမြို့တွင်းသို့ ဝင်ရောက်လာမည်ဟု သိရသည်။

မြို့ပေါ်တွင် လေယာဉ်သံများ ညတိုင်းကြားနေရသည်၊ စစ်ကောင်စီ ပြန်လည်ဝင်ရောက်လာမည် ဆိုသောကြောင့် မြို့ခံတချို့က လားရှိုးမှ ပြောင်းရွှေ့ရန် ပြင်ဆင်နေကြသည်ဟုလည်း သိရသည်။

“အခြေအနေက ရှောင်လို့လွယ်တယ်လေ၊ နီးနီးလေးပဲဟာ။ လွတ်မြောက်တဲ့ နယ်မြေကိုသွားမှာ၊ သွားဖို့စီစဉ်ထားတယ်။ တချို့တောင် ပြန်မဝင်လာသေးဘူး၊ တချို့လည်း ပြန်ထွက်တာရှိတယ်” ဟု အထက်ပါ အသက်(၆၀)ကျော်အရွယ် အမျိုးသားက ပြောသည်။

မြို့ပေါ်တွင် ဈေးများဖွင့်ကာ ပုံမှန်အတိုင်း လည်ပတ်နေသော်လည်း စည်ကားမှုမှာ ယခင်ထက် လျော့ကျသွားသည်ဟု မြို့ခံအချို့က ပြောသည်။

တအာင်းတပ်(TNLA)၊ ကိုးကန့်တပ်(MNDAA)၊ ရခိုင��တပ် (AA) တို့ ဦးဆောင်သည့် မဟာမိတ်တပ်များက အာဏာသိမ်းစစ်ကောင်စီတပ်ကို တိုက်ခိုက်ခဲ့ကြရာ ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်ရှိ မြို့အများစုကို AA က သိမ်းပိုက်နိုင်ခဲ့သလို TNLA ကလည်း ရှမ်းမြောက်ရှိ မြို့ပေါင်း ၁၀ မြို့ကျော်ကို သိမ်းပိုက်နိုင်ခဲ့သည်။

ကိုးကန့်တပ်က ၎င်းတို့ ဆယ်နှစ်ကျော်ကြာ ဆုံးရှုံးခဲ့သည့် ကိုးကန့်ဒေသတစ်ခုလုံးအပါအဝင် သိန္နီ၊ ကွမ်းလုံ၊ လားရှိုး စသည့် မြို့ကြီးများကို သိမ်းပ��ုက်နိုင်ခဲ့သည်။ လားရှိုးသိမ်းပိုက်မှုတွင် အရှေ့မြောက်တိုင်းစစ်ဌာနချုပ် ပါဝင်သောကြောင့် ကိုးကန့်တပ်သည် တိုင်းစစ်ဌာနချုပ်ကို ပထမဆုံး တိုက်ခိုက်အောင်မြင်ခဲ့သည့်အဖွဲ့ ဖြစ်လာသည်။
