Update: this now appears to be a broader X outage, not a SuperGrok Heavy plan change. Multiple verified accounts are reporting that Premium features are temporarily inaccessible and parts of the UI show them as unverified.

Update: it happened again. Codex issued another “Cyber Abuse” warning for authorized security testing and fixes on a project I own. My previous appeal was reviewed and the warning was confirmed as a mistake—yet the same false-positive loop continues. @OpenAI
